You do not need special permissions to utilize our website and create a contact card, but installing our widget requires permission from your website administrator.

If after two weeks of using our service you are unhappy, you can reach out to support at support@getcallid.com to cancel and receive a refund. After that, all payments are generally non-refundable which you can read about in the Terms and Conditions agreed to upon signing up for your subscription. However, to cancel your subscription:

1. From your Callid home page click the Account button in the navigation bar.

2. Sign into your Callid account and then select the Account button in your profile.

3. Select Settings > Billing.
